Annual SPAM Carving Contest
Our Annual SPAM Carving Contest began in 2005. It happens during Katonah’s Fall Festival, a street fair held the last Saturday in September. The rules are simple: create a carving out of a can (or two) of SPAM. Anything goes! The carvings are on display all day, and the townspeople vote for their favorite. Pictures of the annual winners are shown below, and you can click here for an article about it. It’s really goofy, but then, so are we.
