Hale and Hearty soups are prepared fresh and never frozen.  Vegetables are sautéed, stocks are cooked from scratch and all ingredients are combined at just the right time. 

 

Monday

        Mulligatawny

Our version of the classic Indian soup made with red lentils, exotic herbs & spices combined with coconut milk and heavy cream (GF)

        Asparagus, Potato and Leek

Classic blend of asparagus and leeks, thickened with a touch of potatoes, producing a light and flavorful soup also low in fat (V, L, D, GF)

Full of flavor, this classic pasta dish is recreated with a bounty of fresh vegetables

        Three Lentil Chili

Complex, hearty and rich blend of three different lentils, spices and vegetables (V, L, D, GF)

Smooth & creamy tomato soup loaded with white meat chicken, orzo, and a touch of fresh basil
